We are looking for an experienced  Vacuum Truck driver to serve our Customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Locate, diagnose and pump On site Septic Systems
• Pump Septic Tanks for repairs
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Vacuum truck Operator
• Septic experience is a plus
• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc)
• Ability to dig up septic tanks
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Valid truck driving license

Requirements

• Class a CDL, with tankers endorsement
• Pass physical and Drug examination
• Have Dot Health Certificate
• able to lift 50 pounds
• able to work in all weather conditions
• able to shovel for long periods

• electronic skills to work iPad tablet

$20+ depending on verifiable experience
