Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
\nThe Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering efficient, effective, and quality respiratory care. The successful candidate will be able to:

- Administer oxygen, various treatment modalities, and ventilator management \n
- Demonstrate knowledge of specific conditions, diseases, and treatment therapies \n
- Communicate therapeutic interventions to nursing and medical staff \n
- Document therapy and patient response to therapy \n
- Respond as part of the Rapid Response team \n
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
\n- \n
- Associates degree in Respiratory Care required\n
- Oklahoma state licensure in Respiratory Care required\n
- NBRC registry for RRT or CRT required \n
- Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills\n
- Professionalism displayed through sound judgement, initiative, and flexibility\n
- Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills\n
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills\n
- Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions\n
- Ability to perform work when no directions are given, and give directions to others\n
- Remain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful situations\n
- Demonstrate maturity and accountability\n
