This position is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting all care activities in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

- The RN must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in the Emergency Department. \n
- This individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status, interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/ her age-specific needs. \n
- The RN must demonstrate knowledge of administering high risk medications, and monitoring the patient’s condition thereafter. \n
- The RN must be comfortable working in a fast paced, team nursing environment. \n
- The RN is to plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with Bailey Medical Center standards in order to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures \n
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
\n- \n
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. \n
- BLS certification required \n
- ACLS must be obtained within first year of employment \n
- 2 or more current years of acute care experience as a RN preferable ER nursing. \n
- Must be able to provide nursing care to patients pediatrics to geriatric, demonstrate leadership and teaching \n
