Responsibilities

- This position has the responsibility of supporting the mission of the hospital, which is to provide patients with the highest quality of healthcare within an atmosphere of genuine caring. \n
- In addition, the critical care Registered Nurse is responsible for demonstrating the knowledge and skill to carry out the nursing process when providing care to all patients. \n
- The ICU RN is responsible for supervising, delegating, and coordinating personnel assigned to the unit and patient care when in charge, and for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments. \n
Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma. \n
- BLS certification required. \n
- ACLS must be obtained with in first year of employment. \n
- Two or more current years of acute care experience as a RN are preferred. \n
- Must be able to provide nursing care to patients 18 years to geriatric, demonstrate leadership and teaching skills. \n
